The Joy of Together

When we receive what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross, we also receive God’s invitation to be adopted into his family. We don’t use the term ‘family’ to describe our church life because it sounds charming or familiar, but because it is what our Heavenly Father tells us we actually are! How we live that out should be a megaphone for the Gospel, proclaiming the glory of God to people who are longing for something more than the disconnected and individualistic culture all around us.
